Vamos falar um pouco sobre cuidados faciais? O regresso às aulas é a melhor altura para "começar de novo", e não há melhor do que ter uma pele limpa, lisa e uniforme!

Let's talk a little about facial care? The back to school is the best time to "start over", and there's no better than having a clean skin, smooth and uniform!

Dito isto vamos aos básicos...

That said here's the basics ... 

Rotina diária de cuidados faciais:

- Limpar;

- Tonificar;

- Hidratar;

- Protector solar;

- Desmaquilhar; 

De manhã, começa por lavar a cara com água e segue com um gel/loção de limpeza. De seguida aplica um tónico para uniformizar o pH da pele. Segue-se a hidratação onde deves escolher algo com protecção solar pois previne o envelhecimento precoce da pele e previne o aparecimento de manchas. 

Antes de deitar retira a maquilhagem (caso tenhas), de seguida repete os passos que fizeste de manhã mas desta vez não necessitas de protecção solar.

Skincare daily routine: 

- Clean; 

- Toner; 

- Moisturizer; 

- Sun protection; 

- Remove make-up; 

In the morning, start by washing your face with water and follow with a cleanser. Then apply a tonic for uniform the skin pH. Followed by moisturizer where you should choose something with sun protection because it prevents premature aging of the skin and prevents staining. 

At bedtime, remove your makeup (if you have), then repeat the steps in the morning but this time you don't need sun protection.

Rotina mensal/ semanal:

- Exfoliação;

- Máscara;

Deves fazer exfoliação uma vez por semana, este passo vai remover todas as células mortas do teu rosto e ajuda a tua circulação da pele.

Dependendo da máscara terás de a aplica mensalmente ou semanalmente.

Routine monthly / weekly: 

- Exfoliation;  

- Mask; 

You must exfoliate your skin once a week, this step will remove all dead skin cells from your face and helps your skin circulation. 

Depending on the mask you'll have to apply it weekly or monthly.
